Part of the Valldaura team has visited “The Senyeta” farm, which Mariano Bueno started in Benicarló in 1982, with the clear purpose of demonstrating the feasibility of organic farming, renewable energy and healthier lifestyle choices in a friendly environment. With “The Senyeta” as a base camp, Mariano Bueno conducts intensive research, disclosing and teaching. Also, he advises architects and individuals with geobiological prospecting, ecobioconstruction issues; and collaborates with natural health ecological farming magazines.
We were able to see and learn from Bueno, in first person; about materials and diferent means to create energy; about sustainability, tools and utensils, and the interaction between humans and their environment from Mariano Bueno’s point of view.
