Within the process of restoration and improvement of facilities in Valldaura, during the summer of 2012, we found an old structure beneath the entrance plaza to the main building.
A set of small corridors and vaulted tanks turned out to be a joint structure between the kitchen and the orchards outside. Looks like the same building is already inviting the natural cycle, facilitating the path spaces between the land that produces and where the dishes will be eaten.
